Sorella Milan Collection – Double Take Glasses Case

Returns Policy Exchange

In the event that the customer receives the wrong case or changes their mind on which colour they would like Sorella Milan Collection will allow for an exchange. Sorella Milan Collection does not allow for refunds if the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased. An exchange will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and in the original gift box with a copy of a valid receipt. If it has been longer than 14 days since receiving the product, exchanges are no longer valid.

You will be provided with all the return shipping details. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and an exchange will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Warranty Claim

In the event that a double take glasses case is received with any minor or major faults, The Sorella Milan Collection will replace your faulty case as soon as possible. All products are covered by a 6 month warranty.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund or exchange will be processed.
